To ensure a seamless wedding experience, groups of 10 rooms or more are managed through a separate Room Block Contract, offering preferred group rates and accommodations for your guests.
The following guidelines are designed to support a seamless planning experience for you and your guests:
Room Block Requirements
- A minimum of 80% of total wedding guests must stay at the resort.
- A minimum three-night stay is required for each room.
- A 25% deposit of the total room block is required to secure the reservation.
- Guests not staying at the resort may attend the wedding by purchasing a Wedding Pass for US$185 per person.
- Applies to room blocks of 10 rooms or more.
- The Room Block Contract is managed separately from the Wedding Contract to provide preferred group rates.
